Please find below a list of the most commonly asked questions here at Hummingbird by Victoria. If you cannot find the answer to your questions then please either email us or reach out on our social media platforms.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the location in which you are in the world. UK shipping will cost no more then a maximum of £7.50 for over 2kg in weight. Worldwide shipping will vary depending on country.
How long will delivery take?
We have a turn around of up to 16 working days. Delivery will then take up to 5 working days depending on the which option you chose at checkout (1st or 2nd class). International shipping can take up to 14 working days.
Do we offer International shipping?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Prices will be dependant on where you are located and the weight of your parcel. You will be given a quote at checkout.
Do you offer returns?
We do accept returns of non personalised items. These will be sent at your cost and the return postage will not be refunded. We will need to see proof of postage to enable us to process a refund. Please email us to start this process. Personalised items cannot be returned due to the nature of the item. If the item is deemed to be faulty, we would need to be told immediately upon receipt and we will open a claim and come to a resolution. We accept no responsibility for incorrect spelling on custom designs. While we do our upmost to check, it is the responsibility of the customer to check their spelling and grammar prior to ordering.
Do we offer refunds?
Refunds will only be accepted when one of these conditions is met:
a) The item has been returned to us and received in a saleable condition and is not personalised.
b) a damaged or faulty item has been returned to us and received.
c) a missing item has not arrived with you, the customer, and 16 working days have passed.
Please note – we do not refund orders that have not arrived by a specific date if you did not upgrade your order to a guaranteed method.
Always order in plenty of time, we will not be held responsible.
What happens if my order has been lost?
In the unusual event of your order not arriving with you, we will, of course, offer a refund or replacement. Your order will be deemed lost in transit after 16 working days have passed from point of delivery (30 days for the rest of the world). If your order arrives within this time, you are required to return it before a refund will be processed or let us know if you would like to keep it.
How will I know my goods have been dispatched?
As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the delivery method you have chosen.
I want to send a gift to someone but don't want them to see any invoice or price. Will there be an invoice in the package?
No. We do not include any invoice or any price in the packaging. For orders being delivered to the US, we are legally required to display the contents and price of each parcel to customs.
Can I make a change to my order?
If you require your order to be changed, you have two option. Either email us as soon as you realise the change or request a cancellation and start a new order with the changes.
Do you have a sizing guide?
Our ladies sizing is as follows:
Size Guide- Please note hoodies are a 'unisex-fit'
S = UK 6/8-10
M = UK 12-14
L = UK 14-16
XL = UK 16-18
2XL = UK 18-20
3XL - UK 20-22
4XL - UK 24-26
Our Men’s sizing is as follows:
S = 34/36"
M = 38/40"
L = 42/44"
XL = 46/48"
2XL = 50/52"
3XL = 54/56"
The sizing is 'true to size' but if you are unsure, we would recommend you order up a size.
How do I contact you?

To ensure a speedy response, make sure you have sent us your order number, the full name of the person who placed the order and your delivery postcode.
Do you have a children’s size guide?
Please note the below chart refers mainly to ALL of our Tees and Sweaters (for dungarees and bottoms please see items on website). We would always recommend ordering a 'size-up' if unsure.

Do you offer any discount codes?
We regularly offer limited time discount codes as part of promotional campaigns. Please note Discount codes can only be applied at time of purchase, and cannot retrospectively be added after order is placed. We also have brand rep codes floating around so it’s always worth checking out our social media pages.
How does the custom design centre work?
If you have an idea that you would like bringing to life then our custom design centre is for you. All you need to do is let us know the size, colour, item of choice and a general idea of the design and we will bring it to life for you. Proofs will always be sent using the email address that your order was placed so please make sure it is entered correctly.
Can I pay with PayPal?
At the moment we are using Stripe for our payment system.
Do you have a colour chart for your items?
The colours for most items will be listed on the individual product pages. If, for some reason it isn’t them please email us at hummingbirdbyvictoria@yahoo.com. Please note, that whilst we use the same supplier for all orders there may be slight colour variations between items due to different batches, we cannot be held responsible for this. This is also the case for sizing, each item will have a slight difference.
