We are pleased to announce that we ship to both the UK and internationally. ​ Current turnaround time is 16 working days, but we do hope to get your items to you sooner. If for any reason there is a delay we will of course inform you. Please note, this does not include shipping time. ​ All UK based items are sent via Royal Mail second class recorded, unless stated otherwise. Any orders over 2kg will be sent using a courier. International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. If you need your item for a specific date that falls short of our 16 working day turnaround, then please message us BEFORE placing your order.

We hope that you love your items as much as we do! However, if you do have a problem please inform us as soon as possible. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will of course replace for the exact same item. Refunds will only be given, if there is a manufacturing fault on the item, this is only once we have received the return. If in the case a wrong item is sent out, we will of course pay for the return postage, but in order for the correct item to be sent out to you, we will need the incorrect item sending back to us - while we understand this is frustrating sometimes errors do occur, for this we apologise. Return postage must be paid for by yourself and this part will not be refunded. Please note personalised items are not eligible for a refund this includes named t shirts and any item that is specifically made i.e. custom designs. Please also be aware that as all designs are handmade and hand pressed there can be slight differences in measurements. This is something that we work hard to correct but given the nature of manufacturing cannot be helped. You only have 14 days to do this send back a faulty item. I am sorry but we can’t accept returns if you have ordered the wrong size as we always advise you to email and check the size charts before placing an order. This is the same in the case of the recipient not liking the item.
